Holy Bible: Uninvented
Why The Bible Could Not Be Made Up, and The Evidence That Proves It
We’re all familiar with the phrase, “You just can’t make this stuff up!” but few of us would apply it to our Bibles, or even realize we can. The default position of our secular culture is the Bible is made up in whole or in part. Most Christians do not realize this position can be challenged by a simple question: Could it be?
The answer from the secularist is, of course it could! But as you’ll learn in Uninvented, the answer is not so simple. When we read the stories in our Bibles, they don’t read like made up stories, or the myths and legends the critics insist they are.
When Death Comes Knocking, Our Hope: I Am The Resurrection and the Life
Death is, so to speak, a favorite topic of mine, and I’ve written about it here many times. I say “favorite” tongue in cheek, of course, because death is the topic we mortals most want to avoid talking about, let alone experience, whether that’s our own, or the death of those we love.
Act Like Men! It’s Right from the Bible
We know in this excessively "woke" age we live in that the Bible is terribly regressive, and of course we Neanderthal's wouldn't have it any other way. One thing we know...
Existentialism Bummer and Death: We Must Ask, What Does it Mean!
A gifted communicator who said some seemingly wise and thoughtful things, until you really think about what he’s saying. It sounds so profound on the surface, but it’s as solid as the surface of an egg shell.
Say it Ain’t So, Ravi!
As everyone in the Evangelical world, and many beyond, know by now, evangelist and apologist Ravi Zacharias was a phony and serial sexual abuser. Those are words I never...
There is Nothing as Seductively Secular as Frank
If you have to ask what Frank, stop reading right now. Anyone who lived in the 20th century, and raised their kids well in the 21st, should know that could only be the...
What “Nones” Get Wrong: Everyone is “Religious”
I wrote several posts in response to some of my critics, for lack of a better term, and ended the third one with a reference to a co-worker of mine who said she was a strong...

Thank you for visiting my website. For background, I grew up Catholic, for which I am grateful, as it prepared me to receive the truth of God’s word when it was presented to me from a Protestant perspective. Growing up in the Los Angeles area, I went to Arizona State University in 1978, and moved into a dorm room next to two Jesus freaks, as I thought of them at the time. They invited me to a Bible study by asking if I would like to learn what the Bible had to say about who Jesus is.
Because of several things that happened throughout my teenage years (without getting into how God had prepared me for that moment), that was the perfect question to ask me. Despite having gone to church every Sunday for as long as I can remember, hearing readings from and sermons on Scripture, Jesus was an enigmatic figure to me. For whatever reason (and I do not blame the Catholic church or the church we attended), I had not up to that time been given ears to hear or eyes to see. The seeds of God, however, had been adroitly planted by the Holy Spirit in my soul throughout my young life.

I urge you to get a copy, have other parents get copies, and read the book together in a group to strategize about how to best use its exciting content most effectively in your specific situaiton. Thank God for this book, and thank God we Christians never have to fear the truth or reason.
